Charles F. Robinson
Charles F. Robinson is a Florida Board Certified Elder Law Attorney with Special Needs Lawyers, P.A. in Clearwater who specializes in Elder Law, including asset protection planning (Medicaid), incapacity planning, veterans benefits planning, disability planning, special needs planning, probate, and fiduciary services (trust and estate administration). He is a futurist with special focus on the future of the legal profession.Charlie has been a practicing attorney in Clearwater since 1967, He is a popular speaker with professionals and lay people locally as well as nationally on the topics of Elder Law and the Future of the Legal Profession. Charlie received his AA Degree from St. Petersburg Junior College and his BA and JD degrees from the University of Florida.

Kole J. Long is an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Special Needs Lawyers, P.A. where he practices Elder, Probate, Guardianship and Special Needs Trust Law.
Mr. Long is an active Board member with the Spina Bifida Association of Central Florida. He also serves on the Human Rights Committee for the Arc Tampa Bay and on the Special Needs Trust Committee for the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.
In addition, Mr. Long serves as Co-Trustee of the Guardian Trusts which assists individuals with disabilities in protecting their assets for use during their lifetimes without disqualifying them for much needed public benefits.
Mr. Long received his Bachelors of Business Administration with a Minor in International Business from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his Law Degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to joining Special Needs Lawyers, PA, Mr. Long clerked for the sitting Judge in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Probate Division, Clearwater. Mr. Long is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the Elder Law Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. Mr. Long is also a member of the Clearwater and St. Petersburg Bar Associations.

Travis D. Finchum
Travis D. Finchum is a Florida Board Certified Elder Law attorney and the founder of the law firm Special Needs Lawyers, P.A.. Mr. Finchum specializes in Medicaid qualification for institutionalized individuals as well as Special Needs Trust drafting and administration. His practice consists of estate planning, probate, trust administration and guardianship, with a special emphasis on helping families plan for a member with special needs. He also helps families plan for incapacity through alternatives to guardianship.
He is Chair of the Special Needs Trust Committee of the Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section and is member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Finchum serves on the Board of Directors for Florida’s Voice on Developmental Disabilities, the Arc Tampa Bay Foundation, the Advisory Board for the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Pinellas County Chapter and on the Guardian Trust Foundation, Inc. He has previously served as the Chair of the Elder Law Board Certification Committee for the Florida Bar.

Linda R. Chamberlain
Linda R. Chamberlain is a Florida Board Certified Elder Law Attorney who has practiced in Clearwater and the surrounding area since 1991. Linda shared office space with Special Needs Lawyers, P.A. for many years prior to joining the firm in 2015.
Linda has achieved Martindale Hubbell's highest rating as an AV® Preeminent™ Attorney. Her Elder Law practice includes Medicaid Planning, Medicaid Applications, Long Term Care and Disability Issues, Qualified Income Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Veterans Benefits and Estate Planning. Linda is the Founder and President of Aging Wisely, LLC, a professional care management company and EasyLiving, Inc., a non-medical private duty home care company.
Linda serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Stetson University College of Law. She currently serves on the Board of the Clearwater Free Clinic. Prior to practicing law she was the Director of Social Services at Lancashire Hall Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a Field Services Director of the Area Agency on Aging in Kirksville, Missouri, and a Discharge Planner at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She received her BA degree in Social Work from Oral Roberts University and JD degree from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law. Linda is a Past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and remains an active member. She served on the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar 2003 – 2010. She served on the Florida Bar BLSE Elder Law Certification Exam committee 2005-2009. She served as the Co-Chair and Chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Clearwater Bar Association from 2005-2007. She has served on the Gulfcoast Legal Services Board of Directors from 2004-2007 and on the Clearwater Bar Foundation Board during 2006. She served on the Clearwater Yacht Club Youth Sailing committee from 2002-2004. She served on the Board of Directors of Partners in Self-Sufficiency from 1998 – 2003 and served as Board President from 1999-2001. She previously served seven years on the Board of Directors of St. Paul’s School, and has served as a liaison for Youth Leadership Pinellas and Leadership Pinellas Board of Directors.
